Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when purchases can be cancelled or refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not limit any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights you have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.

  • Free trial: no charge, cancel anytime.
  • One-time credit bundles: refundable for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
  • Subscriptions: cancel anytime; takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial-period refunds except where required by law.
  • Consumed expert time is non-refundable once the work has been performed, except where the work was materially defective.

1Free trial

The free trial gives you a limited amount of expert time at no charge. You are not billed for the trial. If you do not upgrade, the trial simply ends when the free credits are used or expire. Trial credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

2One-time credit bundles

You can request a refund of the unused portion of a one-time credit bundle within 14 days of purchase. We refund the pro-rated value of credits that have not yet been consumed by Expert work. Credits already consumed (time Experts have worked and you approved) are non-refundable. After the 14-day window, unused bundle credits are non-refundable but [remain available to use / expire per the plan terms].

3Subscription plans

You can cancel a subscription at any time from account settings or by emailing billing@appsstore.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your remaining allowance until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, and unused monthly allowance does not roll over or refund at period end, except where required by applicable consumer law. If we materially reduce the Service or raise your price, and you cancel because of it, contact us about a pro-rated refund.

4Consumer right of withdrawal (EU / UK and similar)

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with a similar "cooling-off" right, you may have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Important: because our Service begins performance quickly, if you ask us to start (or Experts begin work) during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw once the service is fully performed, and you agree to pay for the portion already provided. Where the law requires your express prior consent to start early, we will ask for it at checkout.

5If the work goes wrong

We want you to be happy with the work. If a Deliverable was materially defective or an Expert did not perform the work you approved, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate. Where appropriate, we may re-do the work, credit back the time, or refund it. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have.

6How to request a refund

Email billing@appsstore.ai from your account email with your order details and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

7Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, consumed purchase may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. We keep records of approvals and metered work to respond to disputes.
